So for this issue of The Australian Financial Review Magazine, we decided to ask eight top entrepreneurs how to keep your mind and body fit and nimble when money is no object.

Their answers include all the latest trends: fire-and-ice sessions, AI sleep aids. Breakfast might be a no-go, but supplements are in. As are plenty of things anyone can do free – deep breathing, sit-ups. Next time you go for a run, you might find yourself sweating alongside some of the country’s wealthiest. Endorphins are for everyone.
