It's not often former foreign minister Julie Bishop gets upstaged. Still, in New York at the annual Prince's Trust Gala, Adelaide lobbyist Ian Smith's energetic entrance on to the dance floor drew all eyes and was particularly appreciated by chart-topper Rita Ora, for making the first-ever performance of her single Praising You particularly memorable.
