Banker John Wylie and COVID-19 ski party superspreader Andrew Abercrombie’s dealings with each other at Humm Group are finally over. It ended with more of a whimper than a bang.
Surprising given the fireworks that defined the former friends’ relationship. That included a failed attempt by Wylie and his allies to sell part of Humm to Ahmed Fahour’s Latitude Financial in 2021, much to Abercrombie’s disgust. A war of words, board oustings and alleged legal threats followed.
