If only the WGEA gender agency matched its ideals with action

Have an industry-beating gender pay gap or male-heavy leadership team? WGEA might have some work for you.

There’s nothing like public humiliation to work as an incentive. Last year, the Workplace Gender Equality Agency led by CEO Mary Wooldridge released the pay gaps of thousands of companies to extensive media coverage.

When the same data was released on Tuesday, a handful of last year’s worst offenders had improved.
