We turn now to Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, and a strange curiosity about its website.

The page listing its board members is scrupulously adherent to the progressive trend of listing directors by the Indigenous place name and ownership of the land on which they reside. As in, board chairwoman Vicki Carter “lives on the land of the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation”, for example.
