Sydney’s home values on course to fall in the coming months

Sydney’s home values could start falling by the end of the year, CoreLogic said after publishing data showing a gain of just 0.5 per cent over the past three months, the smallest quarterly gain since February last year.

Housing price growth across Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane, which has rocketed in the past year, was also on course to lose significant momentum amid rising listings, high interest rates and worsening affordability CoreLogic research director Tim Lawless said.
