Jonathan Hallinan, the developer behind Melbourne’s distinctive Shadow Play skyscraper, has died at 47 after a battle with cancer.
The founder of construction and development group BPM – who friends report was doing deals to the end despite a cancer diagnosis that required a bone marrow transplant in 2021 – passed away on Thursday at Royal Melbourne Hospital.
