Construction of developer BPM's $300 million Shadow Play residential tower in South Melbourne will begin this month after it appointed Icon Co as builder.
The 46-level tower designed by Elenberg Fraser, which will have 475 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, 150 car parks and a 600-square-metre communal space for residents on level nine, is due for completion in May 2018.
