Private equity young gun Alex Eady and his wife Jodie have upsized to Sydney’s Centennial Park, where they have paid $18 million for a Lang Road mansion.
The luxury upsize has kicked off a chain of trophy home deals in the city’s eastern suburbs, involving a who’s who of private equity, cosmetic surgery and business spanning three properties worth about $44 million combined.
