A pale pink mansion in one of Australia’s most exclusive suburbs, Sydney’s Point Piper, has sold for more than $80 million in an off-market deal – the highest price paid nationally for a house this year.

The Wolseley Road property – called Rockleigh – was sold by medical specialist Philippa Harvey-Sutton, who is understood to be seeking to downsize with her husband, retired lawyer Alistair Harvey-Sutton.
