Owners of trophy weekenders overlooking Sydney’s Pittwater like to keep them in the family. Or at least in the banking family, as high-profile investment banker Simon Mordant and philanthropist wife Catriona have done with their Clareville waterfront.

Now, it’s emerged that the lucky new owners of the $12.5 million property are Macquarie executive Arthur Rakowski and his wife Stephanie.
