Boutique property developer Fortis has expanded its residential offering by snapping up a Point Piper site with Dare Property Group for $41 million.
The partners plan to develop the 2650sq m site, located on Wunulla Road in the affluent eastern Sydney suburb, into 18 luxury apartments to tap the growing demand of wealthy downsizers.
