ASX-listed 360 Capital Group has invested in a new private property lending marketplace, Dealt, which will allow property developers to pitch their projects to a smorgasbord of lenders online.

Developer appetite for private loans and lenders looking for deals to fund have led to the launch of the website, led by Dealt chief executive and former broker Shaun Smith.
