Redcape Hotel Group could end up selling about 10 per cent of its pub portfolio by value after managing director Chris Unger revealed it was in discussions to sell “several further assets”.
The owner-operator of a $1.4 billion portfolio of gaming venues in NSW and Queensland has to date sold four pubs with a combined value $73 million and has another pub, The Shamrock Hotel in Mackay, on the market that could fetch more than $30 million.
