Workers’ compensation is costing way more in one state than the others

The peak body for disability service providers has warned that not all workers’ compensation claims are genuine and some workers take advantage of the scheme that the NSW government is trying to tighten eligibility for.

National Disability Services has backed changes first proposed by the Minns Labor government and now supported by the Coalition to prevent workers’ compensation claims from being used as a shield against performance management.
