Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has refused to answer any questions about appearing as a witness at the state’s anti-corruption watchdog which is examining a rotten culture in the Victorian Labor Party.

Mr Andrews also called the Liberals “desperate” over an attack ad which focuses on his friendship with Labor leader Anthony Albanese. “Hello little puppet, Albo,” a mannequin version of Mr Andrews says in the ad. “You stand for everything I stand for.”
