Sydney train commuters have been warned to expect more delays and cancelled services on Monday after the industrial umpire rejected a bid to stop drivers taking sickies.
On Sunday the Fair Work Commission decided there was not enough evidence to conclude that unprecedented levels of drivers absent on sick leave was an industrial tactic in the long-running pay dispute with the NSW government.
