A deflated crowd of Labor faithful gathered in the eastern suburbs of Sydney on Saturday night to watch their leader Michael Daley concede the NSW election to a returning Coalition government.
The Labor leader had spent voting day on his bus, visiting marginal seats in a final bid to move the election dial in his favour, clocking up over 200 kilometres on the road. But it wasn't to be.
