Minns confident he can implement his agenda despite lack of majority

NSW Premier Chris Minns says he is confident of being able to implement Labor’s policy agenda as he has admitted his chances of forming a majority government are all but dead.

The newly elected premier is also convinced he will be able to introduce anti-gambling reforms including a cashless gaming trial on 500 poker machines, with the support of three independent MPs who have previously said Labor’s pokies policy does not go far enough.
