The art and practice of public sector leadership is rapidly changing. Leading with a growth mindset, leading as your authentic self, leading through change, leading with trust and integrity, fostering and growing talent, are all attributes of good transformational leaders.
But as Australia pivots into a vaccinated world, we argue there is a need for governments to embrace a new style of multi-disciplinary leadership we describe as five-dimensional (5D) leadership.
