Thodey: myGov should be front door to all government services

Renewing passports, completing the census, authenticating and executing legal documents and enrolling for elections are being pitched as the next service improvements as part of a strategy to make the myGov portal the “front door” to all government services.

The push to expand the number of services on myGov comes from a user audit report of the myGov website portal and app led by former IBM and Telstra chief David Thodey, released on Tuesday.
