University of Sydney boss Mark Scott has again been forced to defend why he should not resign after admitting he could have done better to protect Jewish students and staff from antisemitism during a two-month pro-Palestinian encampment on the campus.
During a second parliamentary inquiry into antisemitism on Australian university campuses, Professor Scott was asked if he believed his position was “still tenable”.
