Scott Morrison has categorically ruled out any deal with Clive Palmer to resurrect the Coalititon's ditched company tax cut plan, moving to shut down attacks from Labor.

Campaigning in the NSW mid-North Coast seat of Cowper, under risk from independent Rob Oakeshott, the Prime Minister said Mr Palmer's United Australia Party had not sought any agreement on company tax rates in its preference negotiations with the Coalition.
