Enterprise Bargaining failing the low paid: BCA

The Business Council of Australia has called for an overhaul of the enterprise bargaining system to ensure a better deal for low-paid workers - and to ward off a return to pattern bargaining, as Labor is proposing.

The call is contained in a pre-election manifesto, entitled A Plan for a Stronger Australia, that has been compiled by the BCA following 18 months of conducting community forums across Australia canvassing community sentiment.
