Delhi: Anthony Albanese has warned senior European leaders Australia will not sign a free trade deal for the sake of it, as he pushed them for a resolution before the self-imposed deadline of Christmas.
Mr Albanese conveyed the message during separate talks with European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen, French President Emmanuel Macron, and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, on the sidelines of the G20 summit in India.
