Fund Yes and No cases on Voice to stop misinformation: judge

A leading judge has urged the federal government to fund a Yes and No campaign for this year’s referendum on the Indigenous Voice to parliament, saying it could be a way to stop disinformation.

Justice Francois Kunc, of the NSW Supreme Court, says in The Australian Law Journal (ALJ) that it would be “an unhelpful abdication” of Labor’s promise to support the Voice if it did not help provide official information.
