The Coalition has made significant gains in Victoria since the last election but needs to lift in NSW and especially Western Australia if it is to have a chance of forming government after the next election, according to new data.
The data, an aggregate of the last three The Australian Financial Review/Freshwater Strategy polls, also confirms a continuing sharp divide between male and female voters when it comes to Peter Dutton.
