Business must maximise reconstruction fund wins: O’Dwyer
Newly appointed National Reconstruction Fund board member Kelly O’Dwyer says smart businesses will take full advantage of the $15 billion investment vehicle, part of plans to firm up Australia’s manufacturing capacity and strengthen domestic supply chains.
The former Liberal MP, who served as industrial relations and financial services minister, said the new fund that is set to counter US President Joe Biden’s vast clean industry program was a landmark opportunity to boost Australia’s sovereign capability.
