A shake-up in the leadership of the government’s top immunisation advisory panel was unrelated to pleas for it to change its advice on the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, the Prime Minister said on Thursday.

Associate Professor Nigel Crawford is the new Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation chairman, replacing Allen Cheng and Christopher Blyth from this month.
