Anthony Albanese will press Narendra Modi about revelations the Indian government sent a spy cell to Australia, part of private talks at the weekend’s Quadrilateral Security Dialogue in the US.
The “nest of spies” was removed from Australia in 2020 after being caught by security agencies trying to steal secrets about sensitive defence projects, recruit sources, and uncover information about airport infrastructure and trade relationships around the world.
