Allan moves to end NDA ‘misuse to silence victims’

Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan has begun to consult victims of workplace sexual harassment, employers, unions and the legal profession to build new laws to eliminate the misuse of non-disclosure agreements.

Ms Allan said NDAs are being “misused to silence victims”, who were overwhelmingly women, as she announced a confidential consultation would be open from Monday until September 8.
