Victorian Premier Dan Andrews has committed to releasing the road map to ease restrictions on Sunday, pledging he wants a plan that will lead to a longer-term "COVID normal".

Mr Andrews told his daily press conference that the state's strategy was working but it was too early to detail the exit plan.
