Victoria is embracing a new vaccinated economy regime, abandoning almost all COVID-19 restrictions for the vaccinated when 90 per cent of the state has received two doses.

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews will also bring forward the reopening of retail, entertainment and the end of outdoor masks to this Friday.
