Ben Roberts-Smith’s barrister didn’t waste time on Tuesday, the second day of the ex-soldier’s epic defamation trial, getting to the point.
Bruce McClintock, SC, wants money for his man. Lots and lots of money, from Nine Entertainment Co, which Roberts-Smith is suing for accusing him in 2018 of murder while fighting in Afghanistan with the Special Air Service Regiment.
