PM to lobby Biden on clean energy 'partnership'

Prime Minister Scott Morrison will lobby President Joe Biden to set up a low-emissions technology “partnership”, in a bid to align with the new US administration’s ambitious climate change plans.
Mr Biden’s election campaign pledge was for a $US2 trillion climate spending package, focusing on clean energy and infrastructure investment.
