Glasgow wants to hear Morrison talk about 2030

According to the latest scientific report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the world has already warmed an average of 1.1 degrees since the Industrial Revolution, and the risk of exceeding the 1.5-degree limit agreed in Paris looms large.
