Rising property prices and restrictions from travelling to Aspen for skiing lessons are the chief reasons being given for the second-highest month on record for Porsche sales in Australia.

The CommSec Luxury car sales index now clearly shows that luxury car sales are growing in tandem with rising residential property prices as both measures post their fifth month of consecutive rises.
