New IR laws will make companies an open book
Employers trying to escape multi-employer bargaining will have little choice but to reveal their business model to the Fair Work Commission.

A critical and controversial element of the Secure Jobs, Better Pay Act, it is a process that will allow unions to pursue multiple employers to be covered by the same agreement or “rope in” employers to that agreement even though they haven’t been involved in the bargaining or don’t agree with its terms.
