How Bracks, Brumby, Baillieu and Kennett would fix Victoria
Four of Victoria's past premiers are calling for a 10-year plan to rebuild the state and reclaim Melbourne’s mantle of the world’s most liveable city and sports, arts and food capital of Australia.
The call comes as Victoria recorded 1220 local cases of COVID-19 and three deaths on Sunday, after the state reported a record 1488 cases on Saturday, and on Monday Melbourne will officially claim the title of the most locked-down city in the world.
