Forget Made in Australia: we should do the things we already do well
We can’t be sure what the industries of the future will be, so it’s more prudent to compete in fields where Australia already has a good reputation.

However, we may be best at industries like services and agriculture that we are currently successful at and where we have established our expertise. Success is uncertain in new industries where technology is changing rapidly, and the big players are providing heavy subsidies.
