Billionaire fisherman faces barramundi wipeout

Australia’s biggest barramundi fisherman – mining billionaire Chris Ellison – is swimming against the tide whatever happens in the Northern Territory election this Saturday.
Both major parties in the NT have vowed to ban gill-net fishing for barramundi, the method relied on by Mr Ellison’s fleet of three vessels to catch the prized table fish.
