Asset recycling incentives should be reinstated: Constance

Former NSW transport minister Andrew Constance is likely to push for federation reform and a rerun of asset recycling initiatives if his tilt at national politics is successful.
Mr Constance wants a return of a previous federal Coalition initiative whereby Canberra offered states 15 per cent of the sale price on top of revenue from privatising infrastructure.
