If it wasn’t enough that we had to learn more than we ever wanted to know about Donald Trump’s ankles – they’re apparently so swollen because he has a common condition called chronic venous insufficiency, which causes fluid to build up in his legs – the world is now reeling from reports Trump drew convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein a picture of a naked woman for his 50th birthday.
