OPEC meets as oil fails to clear $US50

OPEC ministers are gathering once again for their half-yearly meeting in Vienna on Thursday but analysts are expecting very little action on supply from the oil cartel as long as Saudi Arabia continues to oppose production cuts.
In fact, oil slipped on Wednesday as traders feared the result of the meeting could be more oversupply from major Middle East exporters rather than less.
