Corporate Australia mourns former BT boss Rob Ferguson
Australia’s corporate elite gathered in the NSW town of Bowral this week to farewell former Bankers Trust Australia boss Rob Ferguson, who died last month aged 78.
Among the most influential figures in Australia’s capital markets history, Ferguson rose to prominence in the 1980s and 1990s as one of the driving forces behind the rise of BT Australia, which he and former BT managing director Chris Corrigan shaped over three decades.
