Beadell Resources 'continues to be cheap'

Hartleys has a "speculative buy" on gold miner Beadell Resources and a target price of 27¢.
"Beadell Resources has announced that it has received the approvals for Duckhead, but that the delay means most of the Duckhead ore will not be able to be processed in CY15 (that was flagged as a risk in July).
