ASX to slip, Wall St sells off as data disappoints

Australian shares are poised to open modestly lower as futures reversed earlier gains. Tech stocks reversed, led by Nvidia, after data showed the services sector expanded for a sixth consecutive month in December, and a key price metric surged. Oil retook the $US77 a barrel mark.
