What to expect in business class in 2020
Here's what might make business travel more fun over the next 12 months, including the prospect of fully flat flying.

To that end, pointy-end passengers will be thrilled to hear that this year could finally mark the era of fully flat travel, with the top airlines competing to offer the flattest and softest beds in the sky, along with privacy, ergonomic seats and well-lit spacious desks/table trays.
