Airports and airlines have declared it safe to fly, but caution has shifted to the journey through flood-affected areas still causing accessibility issues in south-east Queensland and parts of northern NSW.

Flights have resumed to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Ballina after three days of cancellations due to ex-tropical cyclone Alfred.
