Friday evening | I prepare for the weekend by visiting a farmers’ market just up the road from me, in a little park. The produce is incredible. It seems to be the way people shop here: buy a bunch of things at your weekly local market, and then top up – because you’ve only got a tiny fridge and a tiny kitchen in a tiny apartment. I’m in an attic studio.
